On this a very warm weekend most are outdoors, but the discussion continues to be President Obama’s first on hundred days in offfice. It would appear despite how one translates what direction he intends to move the country, the verdict is in– Americans are somewhat pleased with his performance.

In two recent surveys AP (Associated Press) and Pew, Mr. Obama scores a 63 and 64% respectively. Good! Great? Given the circumstances, that the economy remains on life-support and unemployment numbers remain still too high in many states– many think he’s deserving of a (B). I think an A- is more reasonable.

Who can overlook/forget that he the took office literally ninty (96) days ago, and clearly indicated his intentions to move the country in another direction. On fulfilling campaign promises–Iraq, Cuba, Afghanistan, closing Guantanomo Bay, making the country more safe and the financial crises — he’s holding fast. Believe it the ‘Obama effect’ is on! The president believes government should be more efficient and accountable.

And confident more has to be done he’s asking for your suggestions to help in cutting the ‘fat’ from government.

Yes, he’s throwing out the idea that suggestion” boxes be placed at strategic locations to hear your ideas on how to cut the ‘fat’ from government. Any Ideas?

Of course, the GOP among them Senator Minority Leader, John Boehner, is accusing the President of : taxing, spending and borrowing. But where are their ideas… all we have been hearing is No, no, no? That said do you give Mr. Obama an “A” for effort? Or even less than that?

This is your chance to be heard. Join the conversaton

The President is working tirelessly, and on top of all that he at least keeps informing us of what the problems are and why he’s doing what he’s doing. This is like a breath of fresh air as compared to what the American public were accustomed to getting. President Bush was a very fine President, I believe. He however sort of believed in the Father knows best philosophy. With the mess we are facing however, I hope more of us are creaping back into the market gradually, and let more of us try to inject some confidence in it. It is still hard to fully relax. I have gone out and spend some money to boost the economy, and hope more of us will inject some confidence in it. Mr. President you have my full suport. Go full speed ahead.
