For Obama, Jon Huntsman– A ‘Judas’ In Making?

There are rumors– and strong ones that Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. former Governor of Utah and  former ambassador to China is about to throw his hat in the ring. Yes, Jon Huntsman, wants to become president; and given all that I’m hearing is posed to challenge Mr. Obama should he become the candidate for the Republican party.

As I listen to Huntsman in this video cheering Sarah Palin on, with all the passion he has– its clear he embraces crazy ‘right’ wing ideas as in Tea Party on what  direction this country should take. He feels comfortable among this group of supporters. So how/why did President Obama think this would be a ‘good’ person to invite into a ‘Democratic’ house? Clearly, Huntman’ knows how to hunt for the right opportunities to give him the edge he needs to make the headlines. And who foolishly came to his help, the head of the Democratic party– President Barack Obama.

From all that seem possible Huntsman may be getting into the race. Should that be the case  could he  be the ‘judas’ to spill the beans given what he learned rubbing shoulders with Democrats? Mr. President how could you?  In politics– never be surprised at the games people play.  Jon what were your intentions when you took on the post as Ambassador to China? The coming weeks/months will reveal those answers.

Give it to Republicans they are not into warm and fuzzy relationships with Democrats. Can I blame them?  No!  They are about raw, practical politics.  No time for play time. They want to stay clear of the ‘enemy’.  Not ever feeding them anything to thrive on/or challenge them at the polls. Why dont Demcrats ever take a lesson from them on such behavior?

Full of ‘love ‘ Democrats seem always to be  thinking of a big happy family.  Really! Wanting/seeking to show love, eh?  Although this type overture is not practical and could cost votes.  Lots of it.
So again, will Jon Huntsman become a candidate for the presidency and should we look forward to hearing tales from/and about Democrats from a Republican opportunist who likely may bite the hand that once fed it?   WhoA! A political drama may be unfolding before our eyes. Dont’ miss it. Neither should President Obama. Such a moment could be a lessson for the ‘very’ well intentioned among us who still fail to understand that in ‘politics’ (real time) there are no permanent friends, but as the cliche goes, only common interests.

Republicans have one interest– to make President Obama a one- term president. No two ways about it.  Consequently, will Huntsman be one at the table to make that possible for the GOP?  Spill insider information he got as a Republican in Democrat circles. Hahaha!  This could prove to be an embarrasment for the President.  Tune in! The BEST is yet to come. Better yet, join the conversation!
